Ideally situated in San Diego, California, ABC presents a unique and productive sourcing opportunity for U.S. customers, combining the benefits of local support with access to world-class equipment and prime aluminum billet from our nearby Mexican factory. The proximity of our factory operations (in a duty-free zone) to the U.S. ensures unmatched economies for our customers – all without sacrificing quality.
Manufacturing
Our comprehensive manufacturing resources allow us to offer semi-finished parts to our customers. We have capacity and equipment for precision cutting, die-casting, CNC machining, and for virtually any other capability necessary to meet our customers’ needs.

Quality at ABC starts with use of prime aluminum billet. It extends to our quality staff, which is in direct communication with our customers. Our customers’ projects, drawings, specifications and needs are analyzed in depth before production start-up. We prefer to foresee problems before they occur, not scramble to correct them down the road.
Design and Engineering
When you provide your design specifications to our Engineering Department, you’re entrusting them to dedicated, innovative professionals who produce precision CAD drawings to serve as the quality standard for your project. These drawings and specifications are used to produce the new dies for your custom extruded product. We also consult with you to make sure you are completely satisfied with our process.
Sales
Our sales staff is knowledgeable and experienced in delivering superior customer care. These highly skilled individuals are always available to help you to solve problems. They have full access to and are supported by our technical and engineering plant experts, as needed.
